On iPhone, TrainerBuddy installs straight from Safari. It gets its own icon on your home screen and opens full screen, like any other app.

How to install

  1. Open trainerbuddy.in/app in Safari. It has to be Safari, not Chrome or the Instagram browser.
  2. Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen (at the top on iPad).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Keep the name TrainerBuddy and tap Add.
  5. Open TrainerBuddy from your home screen and log in.

Good to know

  • Updates are automatic. New features appear the next time you open it.
  • Your data is the same everywhere. Log in with the same account on iPhone, Android and laptop.
  • Don't see "Add to Home Screen"? Make sure you are in Safari, then scroll the share list down. On iOS 17 and later it may be under Edit Actions.
  • Notifications work on iPhone after you add it to the home screen (iOS 16.4 or newer).
