Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your TrainerBuddy account and all its data at any time.

How to ask

Send us a request from the email address or mobile number you signed up with:

We confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in details: name, email and mobile number.
  • All clients you added, with their plans, workouts, check-ins, measurements, body scans, meal photos and progress pages.
  • Your branding: logo and coach details.

What we keep

Payment records (plan, amount, date and UPI reference) are kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They are not used for anything else.

Deleting one client only

Coaches can remove a single client inside the app. Their records are removed from your account straight away.
